Holy Wogan, I'm tired of the deluge of twaddle so many post up to give the outward impression they're *ABOUT TO MAKE IT* (which in turn demonstrates a cluelessness about how much hard work they've yet to put in, and drives away genuine interest). Some of this stuff borders on arbitrary vanity, which is incredible since all a writer really has is 'product'. Without your screenplay to back you up, you're just another gust of hot air and I think it's vitally important for anyone to remember this the next time they spend an afternoon retweeting compliments. I honestly wonder how so many writers get the time to invest in a merciless barrage of tweets. I know I don't because I'm still learning. Then I remember - they're not working at it properly.
